This one hit me hard.
Because as entrepreneurs and leaders, we often settle for “okay na ’yan” — as long as it works.
But if we want to be excellent in what we do, it doesn’t come from getting it right once.
It comes from doing it so well… you can’t get it wrong.
Whether it’s presenting to clients, pitching your idea, conducting training, mentoring your team — the goal is not just to succeed by chance, but to remove the chance of failing.
I have to keep this in mind.
